Don't miss this Food Network, BestOf favorite!

Every evening our chefs load steaks onto pitchforks and fondue them western style. Savor your steak as you overlook the picturesque Badlands from atop a bluff at the Tjaden Terrace.

Your steak comes with fresh fruit, salad, coleslaw, vegetables, baked beans, garlic toast, baked potatoes, brownies, cinnamon-sugar donuts, lemonade and coffee. If you want a beer or glass of wine with your steak, we have you covered at the Tjaden Terrace Bar!

As you chow down, you'll be serenaded with western melodies performed live by The Coal Diggers Band from the Medora Musical.

The Pitchfork Steak Fondue opens June 19 with Smart Restart guidelines in place.
